Hi! First of all, thank you for all this amazing information. We have one question, does it make sense to add the Google Tag Manager code with all the tags to just the thank you page?
Using Google Tag Assistant my icon is blue instead of green. GTM still works, just not ideal. It says missing account code. Not the G- code. Not sure how to fix.
when checking the FB pixel remember to test it in chrome with google search . Using Duck Duck Go will block Facebook Pixel helper . make sure that cookies from FB aren't blocked as well in browser settings. Any comments?

Thanks for the tutorial. I have followed the steps but i got only GA Remarketing loaded. I have cleared the cache if the site. Nothing else seems to be loading (facebook, analytics, etc.)

Your tutorials are great! What does it mean if I see four "Container Loaded" items in the list on the left if that debugger window? Did I make a setup mistake?
