  1. Your answer for the last question is very very important, but many people don't even realize this! Although your explanation was rushed, it was detailed and well pointed out. Dis-associate yourself from the outcome. Be completely fine with not achieving results, not everything will go your way. What you have control of are your actions. As long as you've taken all the actions necessary towards the goal, you've done better and will gradually do better.

  3. I tried your meditation – breathe in through your nose for 7 secs and push out through your lips for 3 seconds. It was tough to get through it but it definitely shuts your mind off since you're focusing on your breath hahaha
