1. How did Amazon took 1/3 of your revenue as fees? 2. Amazon worst flaw aren't those high fees but the fact, that they hold your money. Very often Amazon suspends sellers account without any reason and warning, and you can't cash your balance for 30 days.
Why don't you run ads for the Shopify? I remember B-Dancewear had AdWords as one of it's main channels and it being one of your best strengths.
You can still get ur customers emails from Amazon. Target them again through facebook. Even create a look like audience.
YES!!!!!! Finally someone that shows what it really is like! People are surprised when I said you likely end up with 15-25% gross profit (and then there's personal tax on that money to get to net profit)!!! Great numbers and growing the shopify side can definitely be done and is great for the long term. Love this video!
