  1. I really appreciate this video. Years and years ago I tried squarespace for an art portfolio, and boy it was not like what it is today it was very back end stuff and confusing to me.

    I’ve been using WordPress with free Elementor, and while it’s great I want something less clunky with plugins that has a streamlined e-commerce builder. I’m also sick of having an outside host and domain thing too, I feel like that lags the speed down.

    I was looking into Shopify, and tried a trial of it, but I wasn’t sure if that’s the best to host my art portfolio. They offered a lot of great stuff, but it seems more artists choose squarespace for the templates. I know there’s a few others that have e-commerce stuff and I hated wix when I used it, but as I said, thank you for this!

    Right now I sell on Etsy and would like to have a place to purchase directly on my website.
