Can I make a twitter ad they can see the ad but can’t see the profile of my account is that possible?

The follower lookalike and the target audience area doesn't seem to be working for me – it doesn't bring up any recommendations when I start typing (anything) and if I try and add lookalikes in the bulk section they just disappear when I press enter – does anyone know why this might be? Thank you.
