You just need to pick higher margin products like car seat covers, AOP hoodies, hooded blankets, sherpa blankets etc. If you are going to focus on just tshirts, especially using Printful, you won't have much success because the profits are so small. Print on demand is absolutely alive and booming and will continue to do so! 2020 is all about personalization…letting your customers personalize whatever products you are selling.
Seasonality can be a big one to leverage from I agree. But keen to hear where he/she takes the brand now that the seasonality aspect is harder to leverage. Good work nonetheless and thanks for sharing your knowledge sensei

Hi, I've tried doing both after looking at your video. The fact is that it is simple to list the products in the store, but the challenge is the shipping. Print on demand and drop shipping platforms are two separate entities. So the shipping rates, shipping vendors & delivery time of these platforms can be very different as well. How do you organize the shipping charges of different platforms and then put it up for your customers?
Question if you create a FAD tshirt for an event how do you market or promote it? Do you have a facbook page for it or just promote the individual product on FB Ads?
Isn't using a supreme or goku for print on demand breaking the law on trademark laws?
